Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)

Your Catalytic Converter or Oxygen Sensor is probably not working correctly as they are returning different readings. Using Regular Unleaded instead of Premium (if the car's manual requires it) could cause this. Catalytic Converters are very expensive to replace ($1200+) so if that is indeed the problem you can find 49-state legal versions (not California) that seem to do okay although they don't last as long (probably 15k-45k) and may or may not pass inspections. Be careful as sometimes these "bolt on" versions may require welding or other adjustments: you may want to check out a good muffler shop.
